September 13 - MEDITERRANEAN FLAVORS Cooking class and dinner series - Sponsored by Monini Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Cooking classes are a fun way to learn, from the basics of Italian home cooking meals to some more advanced culinary techniques. At the Mediterranean Flavors hands-on cooking classes and dinners you ‘ll be actually preparing a 3 course meal guided at all steps by expert chefs. You’ll be able to make the recipes yourself in a fun and relaxed environment so that you can duplicate them in your own kitchen at home.
While tables are set for dinner an “aperitivo” will be served, featuring Prosecco and Italian finger foods.
A sit down dinner will follow to enjoy both your preparations and interesting conversations while sipping pairing wines.
The 6 event series will feature 5 menus and a final grand tasting of olive Oil. Each event will allow you to discover the many virtues and applications of Italian olive oil, this wonderful  ingredient  that  is  at the center of the Mediterranean diet.
Attending 3 cooking classes will guarantee free of charge participation to the Olive Oil grand tasting.
