Learn the secrets of making authentic gelato and panini and pizza at the Alta Cucina Epicurean Center. Hands-on classes will flavor your summer with new tricks and tips used in the making of these Italian specialties.
During each class, students will learn how to use specific machinery, DeLonghi’s Gelatiera and DeLonghi’s Toaster Oven with integrated Panini Press, to later enjoy what they have prepared in the company of other gourmands.
