With over 20 different wine producers in house including many from Regione Sardegna, the featured region, it will be an amazing evening of fantastic wine and food as well as a chance to give back in the spirit of the season.
Vino e Cucina, is organized by Gruppo Ristoratori Italiani (GRI), a not-for-profit association founded in 1979 to increase the awareness of fine, authentic Italian cuisine and wine The money raised from ticket sales supports the Giacomo Bologna Scholarship foundation which supports young American culinary and hospitality students.
Tickets retail for $95 but GRI would like to offer all of Alta Cucina’s members the group rate of $65.
