First Series of Cooking Classes, Mediterranean Flavors, at Alta Cucina Center

Alta Cucina Epicurean Center, in New York City is proud to announce its first series of cooking classes Mediterranean Flavors sponsored by Monini extra virgin olive oil.

Located in the heart of New York City, at 28 E 38th Street (bet. Madison Ave. & Park Ave.) at street level and equipped with a restaurant kitchen, the Culinary Center is the place where top talents in every culinary discipline go to polish, discuss and teach their craft in unique chef demonstrations, hands-on cooking dinners, food & wine tastings, and seminars.

At the Mediterranean Flavors hands-on cooking classes and dinners, participants will prepare a 3 course meal guided through all prep steps by a guest chef. Working with others who share the same passion for the culinary arts in a relaxed yet professional environment is the best way to make a recipe your own and bring it to your own kitchen at home.

Each class starts with an aperitivo juts to warm things up while a sit down dinner will follow. Flavors, experiences and conversations can be shared with people who, just like you, are driven by a real commitment for good food. Mediterranean Flavors is a program of 6 different events, each has a featured menu which centers on the many virtues and applications of Italian olive oil, a wonderful ingredient that is at the center of the Mediterranean diet.

Attending 3 cooking classes will guarantee participation to the olive oil Grand Tasting, free of charge.
