Serves 4
Ingredients:
Balsamic vinegar
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive il
200g pecorino cheese
200g of bread
200g mixed salad
500g of fresh fava beans
Select tender green leaves and season the salad with a mixture of oil and vinegar.
Cut the loaf into slices, bake them in a hot oven until they have browned and drizzle with oil
Cover each slice with a handful of unshelled tender fava beans and pecorino cheese.
Serve with the salad
